PetPace technology has been validated and used by scientists worldwide. Cofounded by Dr. Asaf Dagan, a pioneer in the field of veterinarian medicine, PetPace champions the importance of pet health awareness.
“PetPace is focused on continuously monitoring the physiological and behavioral data of dogs to ensure their well-being. The same data can be harnessed with the aim of protecting communities.”
Rachel Grant designed the experimental set up that made this project possible. She has published several papers on the effects of geophysical aspects on animal ecology, which has applications for risk forecasting of natural disasters.
In one of her most prominent papers, she published her findings on changes in animal activity prior to a major (M = 7) earthquake in the Peruvian Andes.
